That's 8 hours per day to be in gym cloths, the rest of your waking day requires pants.
If they'd let you wear it at 4 o'clock too, it could be "Dr. Pepper" carry.

History behind that:

;) Some variables to consider...

Male .... Baggy stained sweatshirt and loose sweatpants.
- Could probably hide a twelve gauge and/or your pitbull, and nobody would notice, 'cuz ain't nobody lookin'!

Female .... snug crop-top and yoga-pants
- would have a tough time hiding an NAA 22short revolver, 'cuz everybody's lookin' reeaalll close!!

I took a shield/G26/hellcat. All I wore was a sweater and shorts and a belt underneath that. Did just fine using bikes and walking obviously. Had little issue sitting on machines while raising over head or pulling or using ab workers or curling. Nobody ever noticed and not once did it ever pop out only had very slight printing when I went in one time without a sweater on.

It is not that hard unless you are some gym bro who lives in there 5 times a week for like a couple hours at a time wearing nothing but muscle fit clothing/spandex. Do make sure to clean it often tho with all the sweat getting on it, yes I used a kydex IWB holster too.

if your not adverse to .380, there are a lot of options
we chose the Springfield 911
it fits in a fanny pack over gym cloths quite nicely
actually, if you wear a fanny pack with your gym cloths, we have a fanny pack holster made just for the 1911

A ruger LCP is a good one for this.
But, you don't ALWAYS need one on you. If you're working out in the middle of the street in the worst neighborhood you can find, maybe, or jogging on the street, sure, but you don't need to be packing at the Planet Fitness.

Really? Why is that? They have armed security and check points at the door to that place like a court house or airport? Damn, I had no idea Planet Fitness took security that seriously. I am impressed. Of course unless they have a place to check my gun and have it when I left their secure place I would want it to go to my vehicle. Unless they offer armed escort to the vehicle too?

The biggest reason that I would suggest that you wouldn't necessarily want to is something already mentioned, and that's that it can hinder proper movement and you could hurt yourself, if you're lifting. Unless you have a holster with good retention, every step taken jogging on a treadmill is a chance you're gonna lose it.

I carry everywhere I go, every day. But even I can see the lack of utility in taking your piece to the gym.
Instead of buying a gym pistol, buy a weight bench and jog in your neighborhood. If you feel like you need to be packing at the gym, consider how easy it would be to disarm someone who is in the middle of a bench press.
There's not much necessity to being an axshole with someone just because you don't agree with them. Even if you justify it by telling yourself it's your personality, it's not endearing and doesn't make you seem as smart as you are.

Dat right dere don't work for guys who be sportin a Dunlop. :s0112::s0112::s0112:
LOL, I was impressed by the idea and design but was thinking that with my past middle age spread may not be real good. Of course I also am not going to be doing any real working out any more either. :D
For the exercise I do get, walking the dogs and such fanny pack still works great. Can't see me taking up jogging in this life so these keep working for me.
The video of the system does make it look like a well made and thought out idea for those in better shape for sure.
