I've heard conflicting stories concerning video recording the police during an encounter. Is it a state by state thing, or is it the same across the board?

How do we know he wasn't a thief. He broke the law. Do we know if he left immediately when told to or was he caught a second time. The owner had a right to protect his land. I 'll bet the owner wins in a jury trial and wins the civil lawsuit. The video of the cop over reacting will just add fuel to the fire. Interesting to see how it turns out .That's really over reaching to accuse the biker of felony theft now isn't it?
You've almost always made sense but to pretend the guy was a thief is really stretching the imagination
