Short answers,

#1: Depends on the range I suppose.

#2: If you're out shooting like a fool in a jock-strap then yes, you can expect to get asked.

Now, as for the reason for asking these questions... (and based on similar questions in the other thread http://www.northwestfirearms.com/forum/showthread.php?p=243379#post243379) I get the sense that you might be looking for someone to validate possible illegal activity for you.

If you can not legally possess a firearm, don't.
