I think so, I had ordered a pistol and had it sent to my ffl. I also bought a rifle from the ffl that day also. Both firearms went on the same 4473.

Yup. It goes by transaction... that can contain multiple firearms... but each transaction requires a new 4473.

IIRC there is space for 3 on a 4473, but continuation sheets can be added to include more.

Just a side note: If you purchase 2 or more in a 5 day period you get a special mention to the ATF record books.

I think the two or more special mention only applies to handguns unless you are in a border state then it applies to long guns as well.

The "special attention" thing from the ATF could happen.

Having done several multi-gun purchases same form, such "special attention" hasn't happened to us.
