This is why that so called "critical pause" which would force the law abiding murdering maniac to reload, was recast by J. Benitez as the "lethal pause" because the only people the mag limit will effect, are law abiding defenders probably just awakened from sleep and still in their PJs or birthday suit while their attackers have whatever capacity they want.

Everyone knows that if Benitez does not issue a stay, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will. It is better to have a friendly judge write the stay in a way that protects recent purchasers, than to have an unfriendly judge write the stay in a manner that bubblegums them.

Would be great if the 9th does not reverse the So. Cal. Judge decision!

It would be great for Californians and the Decision could be used in arguments in other individual lawsuits in other states, but the best way for this decision to get national recognition is in the Supreme Court that could overnight change things in the Anti gun east, west and center of the US.
