Kits at Apex gun parts

Poking around the Apex site it says right under many of the listings " Cannot ship to Washington State"

Well I would not be building a full auto version, but it appears they are pretty narrow minded about what constitutes a machine-gun part. If the part has no use in a semi-auto then its prohibited. So I am assuming there must be some bit that causes concern. I am pretty conservative (actually I am down right terrified) when it comes to firearms and the law. I dont want anything that is remotely questionable. Its simply not worth the risk even if the chances of a problem are remote.

Yeah I think a lot of guys do not even want to take the chance of sending anything to WA just in case. It does suck for us though.....
