I can't fault the NFL for taking Bloomberg's money. As silly and insipid as we know him to be, he's a political candidate on a national stage (I'll stop well short of calling him "legitimate") and the Super Bowl is about making money. Nevermind that the execs in charge agree with his nonsense... who would think that they would do any different?
Now, if they REFUSED an ad from a conservative candidate... well, that would get my back up. Would I feel the same if they refused a socialist? No. I'd be curious about the why. I might even think it was wrong, but I'm not going to fight their fight for them.
The NFL will never know or care that they are being ignored by me because I was never a fan anyway. They'll never know or care WHY I don't watch and SB Sunday will be no different.
