Not that I'm aware of. Looks to be just recently released to the public(?) These folks are usually pretty johnny on the stop when any bodcam video hits the public airwaves. Posted just 7hrs ago.

I'm surprised NPR is describing shooter as a man. According to what I seen shooter identified as a woman...

But I fully understand why they didn't tell the whole story. It's to be deceptive on purpose.

For the Philly shooting, as I understand it, the perp doesn't fit their narrative. A cross dressing black male (x/y chromosome holder), 2A supporter and a Trump supporter..
