I feel pretty good, way better than when I am dieting at a calorie deficit.

One thing I learned after gaining 12lbs in 30 days with survival diet, is that I will be a readily visible target if my neighbors are starving around me. :)
Have read about such concern countless times. "Look starved" or "buy oversized clothing" etc etc.

IMO, wouldn't matter. EVERYONE would be a target, if such calamity (true end of normalcy) ever occurs.

May as well remain healthy & well fed. I'd imagine it'd be easier to defend against "zombies" while healthy, than if starved...

Sure, prepare wisely. No sense advertising etc (don't display to the entire world a warehouse in your garage while you cook & others aren't eating as an example). However also not much sense going down the rabbit hole of what if's too deeply...

We work different hours so occasionally we get a meal together.
My wife and I work different hours as well. We make a point to try and eat together. Sometimes I take her lunch after I get off work. It takes some planning but we make the best of it.
