Frankly I normally eat a lot of junk so not much has changed with current diet. I rarely fall ill, so call me lucky.

Starting weight is just shy of 212lbs.

I would like to maintain around this weight, give or take a few pounds, while eating the shelf stable foods.


I have plenty of sweets on hand but plan to spread them out over the next 2 or 3 months.

Challenge is over. As far as starvation goes, I not only survived but thrived.

I had planned to extend the challenge up to 90 days if necessary but my debt will be paid off this morning as soon as my paychecks hit my account.

I will check and post blood pressure and blood sugar levels Sunday morning.

What's next?

Next goal in life is to start getting a 10 day period off from work for a majority of the months in each year. I would like to have this time off begin in Spring of 2025.
