Don't know but it's back up. It's a common occurrence around our neighborhood. My belief is it's related to old lines and or equipment?

So many reasons the power can go out. Generally its one of 4 things. Blown cutout and or transformer. Car hit pole. Animal contact like a squirrel or bird or a tree. In Wilsonville the city is ridiculously strick about tree clearance.
