Looking for a basic First Aid/CPR certification course in the Vancouver area.
Not looking for anything other than basic stuff with some CPR.
Ive seen a few, but seem pretty high priced.
Any suggestions?

So today was a very nice day up here in Washington so guess what I spent the whole day doing .lol 9 to 5 all day today med class first aid training and CPR class
Looking for any reviews for First Aid or Tac Med classes, trainers or companies. Specifically looking for hands on training of tourniquets, bullet wounds, knife wounds, puncture wounds, patient stabilization, and probably more information that i don't even know about.

Trigger Control Training is bringing their 8 hour Emergency/Tactical First Aid class to the M Hotel in Richland, WA on Saturday, Nov. 25th 2017. The cost of the class is $200 per person. These skills can be live saving in the event of automobile accidents, hunting/range accidents, mass casualty...
Thought I'd post this as a reminder to go through your kits at least once a year and make sure they're up to date. Or if you don't have a kit yet...time to get on it!

I'm planning on spending a lot of time hiking and backpacking this summer and it's been a while (~9 yrs) since I've had any kind of training in field first aid. Are there any classes, EMTs, 68Ws, or nurses that could give a course of instruction to refresh me?
