I've been slacking on my posts. Did BBQ fried wings and hearts tonight. Those beaded hearts stole the show. Earlier this week I did a nice roast and some middle east style pulled pork and pita. Baguettes made for some amazing french dip sandwiches with the left over roast.

Chicken, shrooms, maters, and zucchini. Added some parm, fresh basil, and a balsamic honey reduction. Roast garlic couscous provided the bed. Not too bad for this country boy.
