Indeed...I enjoy that sauce too! Stubbs and Sweet Baby Rays are our favorite sauces. I tend to prefer Rays when grilling as it is all natural and the sugar caramelizes nicely on the crust.If you haven't you should try Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle. Made some phenomenal ribs with that sauce.
Don't forget to pull off that bone membrane.Doing a rack of pork ribs for my girlfriend and I. I season them with Corky's and wrap in foil, then bake for 3 hours at 270 degrees, then take them out and finish on the grille with Stubbs sauce. They are always super tender and juicy and fall of the bone.
