Actually, Bloomberg, It’s Not That Simple | National Review
Bloomberg’s editors argue that the Senate should pass a law mandating “universal background checks.”

At the risk of appearing RACIST!!!. According to FBI statistics in 2013 African American males were 6% of the population and committed 42% of homicides. The PC crowd will never accept the facts.
The Real Reason Obama Didn’t Pass Gun Control
Democrats had downplayed the issue for years. If they’re serious about changing things, that needs to stop now.www.politico.com
The article was less about Obama and more about the political realities of gun control. Very informative IMO.
I'd recommend following HR 838 the "TAPS" bill. for assessing online threats
Text - H.R.838 - 116th Congress (2019-2020): Threat Assessment, Prevention, and Safety Act of 2019

I think if that passes I will permanently end any online presence. It would not take much to view guns owners who are disgruntled as threats. Combine that with a red flag law and you got police kicking down your doors. I dont know how many amendments that will violate, 3-4, I think but who cares right?
I get it though this may not pass and thinking Trump may not sign, but cant crap like this stay in the house and Senate forever until someone will sign it?
HR 838 sounds like a monstrosity. The fact such a domestic spying is even being proposed is disturbing.

If they don't care about the 2A, why care about the 4A?

Didn't we already have this with the patriot act?
