In a past life I was the cellarmaster at the pyramid ales corporation and was instrumental in developing many of their flagship brands but I can still enjoy a light beer or 10 from time to time
 
Sorry, attempting a little humor that didn't come out as planned. :) TBH, I'm not any kind of beer drinker myself... just can't get past the look and smell, closest to putting one down I've ever been is a shotglass of Guinness. :(
 
Guinness is produced by pulling out about 5% of the initial unfermented wort and fermenting it with lactobacilli which is then pasteurized and added back into the base stock to give it a tangy acidic flavor. To a person who spent years tasting beer for a living to make sure it isnt spoiled with lactobacilli Guinness literally tastes like spoiled beer.

Try something else.
