When you are carrying a firearm you have as stone cold obligation to de-escalate any volatile situation.

My policy is if I'm carrying, which I always do, it is my responsibility to
be the most humble person in any situation. My preference will be to always walk away, to de-escalate, and get home safely.

I realize every situation is different, and one day I may not have an opportunity to de-escalate or walk away... But if I can, I will...
