Question on filling out my CHL renewal application

It is almost time for me to renew my Oregon / Multnomah County Concealed Handgun License and there is a new page to complete. This is the "Personal Safety /Security Measures/Information of a Personal Nature" form to request that your CHL information not be made available to the public. It is found here: http://www.mcso.us/public/concealed_handgun.htm#forms

So how have you folks chosen to filled this out? Specifically, what have folks written in response to this option: "I believe that public disclosure of my personal information would constitute an unreasonable invasion of privacy for the following reason(s):"

If I remember right then this was the sherrifs department tried to keep our concealed liscense disclosure from the fed and public. I would love to keep my under the radar
