The FPC is pretty solid. Obviously do your own research but I'm very comfortable giving to themDitto. This is $ extremely well spent imo (assuming this group is effective, I don't know anything about them yet).

That may not be necessary. Duncan v Bonta challenged CA's 10+ rnd. magazine ban which was declared unconstitutional in the District (Trial) court. A 3 judge panel affirmed the district court ruling. Then an en banc panel reversed the 3 judge panel and Duncan filed for review in the US Supreme Court. That court granted review, vacated the en banc panel's ruling and remanded for reconsideration in light of NYSRPA v Bruen. The case is now back before the original district court judge. The only question is whether another en banc panel will try and figure out a way around NYSRPA v Bruen.I will be giving generous support to anybody who will fight this on our behalf.
Uhhh…. THT is the very description of Constitutional strict scrutiny. Yeah?Strict scrutiny is not the standard after NYSRPA v Bruen. It's THT (Text, history and tradition at the time the 2A was ratified) The 10rnd limit is likely to fall when Duncan is decided
Nope. Figure you will need to double or triple your mag count to have same round count.Does 114 say anything about how many magazines someone can carry?
That only applies to the mag portion. That may not be necessary. Duncan v Bonta challenged CA's 10+ rnd. magazine ban which was declared unconstitutional in the District (Trial) court. "Hello officer, I'm definitely complying by having less than 10 magazines on my weapon."Does 114 say anything about how many magazines someone can carry?
This is a very simplistic way to answer a question. You may be able to ignore some aspects of the law, like carrying magazines over 10 rounds, I refuse to call them high capacity, but how are you going to ignore the part where no gun store is going to sell you a firearm because you do not have the proper license. They are not going to go against the law and risk being prosecuted and put out of business, although this is what will probable happen to them. Hopefully some organization like Firearms Policy Coalition has already drawn up the paperwork to challenge this law.If it passes, ignore it. Million ways to skin a cat. And it's unconstitutional as hell.
If this law is enforced most gunstores smaller than a cabelas will be put out of business anyways. This is a very simplistic way to answer a question. I agree with everything you have stated above except that Wyoming looks quite nice this time of year. It is colder that all get out during the winter.I admit, this election has been heavily demoralizing. I'm young, but I'm not sure if I really want to have to spend the next decade fighting for my rights in a state that I don't have many ties to. I know it's not ideal for state rights but this place has been going down the drain for literally my entire life and it seems it's only going to continue to worsen, between rising cost of living and taxes, loss of job opportunities and increasing crime rates I think that moving east might be the ticket. In many other states my income would be respectable but here i dont even make enough to afford an apartment by myself. Wyoming looks quite nice this time of year, you know.
Where Oregon is concerned it still needs to be pushed and it won't push itself. Remember, this law is an Initiative and sot something steamrolled into place by politicians or done by Executive Order. If it passes it is "the will of the people" and will stand unless it's found unconstitutional. That may not be necessary. I'm lucky I like the cold then.I agree with everything you have stated above except that Wyoming looks quite nice this time of year. It is colder that all get out during the winter.
According to early polls, we lost. If that's the case now what?
That's what everyone said about private person to person transfers too. Yet try to get any law abiding citizen to sell you a gun without going through an FFL.I doubt there will be any enforcement of mag capacity laws.
