I bought the book from Amazon (link above). A little bit is not relevant for me (e.g. how to hold a gun), but there were other useful sections that are nicely summarized.

A side bonus is my daughter saw it and wants to read it. Dad is all for that idea.
 
That does look interesting and I think I will pickup a copy. I'm familiar with his Internet content and have found his works insightful.

I remember correspondence with family down in Argentina when it all went to pot. They made it through pretty well, considering. Though one older member was very worried for a spell. (Parenthetically, my cousin Norberto has a "recession proof" business that, the last I heard, is still in operation. He runs a small chain of porn shops in the suburbs of Buenos Aires. And, no, I'm not joking, though his profession is a source of humor for many in the family. :s0112:)

The book is not about leaving Argentina or another country, but rather everyday skills. Hence the title "Street Survival Skills".
