If I could join the military I would not because I would have finished becoming a fireman when I was 18. Unfortunately football took my knee down and I went another way. Found I made more money and enjoyed the work.

I don't get the criminal definition. It is not a full auto gun and was not built to be one and was not modified to be one. It is simply a forgotten defective semi-auto waiting for time and money to repair. Am I wrong?

Really who knows. I liked shooting it but reality is once you have shot it you know that crap should go back. I have had plenty of time to consider that and I would send it in right away. Let that burden be on the manufacturer rather than you. Without the proper permits you spray a bunch of .22 and then never get to carry again. That would suck.
