That's quite a first post for a brand new member. At the risk of sounding like a complete jerk, the story sounds fishy.

If it isn't, and your family legitimately has a problem, "untraceable" firearms are now illegal and are a felony. Your best bet is to contact to the police and file a police report and a restraining order.

I'm sorry for the weird first post lol I'm on many threads getting advice but I've contacted friends from the force and said it's all on timing whenever he actually carry his illegal firearm

The most important part is that if your family member has never fired a firearm, without training, the firearm would likely be used against them.
