Grant Co., WA, CLEO info for Form 1?

Hello all,

I live in unincorporated Grant County, WA. Thinking of doing an online Form 1, either SBR or suppressor, but I'm unsure how to fill out the CLEO notification section.

Is there a specific name/address that it needs to go to, or is 'Sheriff Jones' at the Ephrata address good enough? Is there anyone here in Grant County that has done a Form 1 e-file that can help me out?


Any other info that might help things go smoother would be appreciated.
