:s0155: THIS is looking more and more my speed these days….

Lifted subarus seem to be similar to the AMC Eagle in concept but more popular, and speedier. Probably not as durable :s0140:

Outback, popular around here as the chariots of the granola munching, muff diving feminists ;)

1st gen? Foresters; pretty cool in their own right, awesome when lifted.

Very similar to my ideas, although it's located in NC which is usually warmer year round than the PNW :s0140: so because of that climate, the guy can sew outside. For the PNW, it'd be better to be insulated and protected from the cold and the rain, so perhaps either strip out a large mobile camper/RV/motorcoach, or convert a larger box truck? Or get a 2 and a half truck then stick the expandable command post/office box shelter on it

Hm. I'd need either a 14ft enclosed utility trailer plus the tow rig to pull it, or a box van/truck between 12 ft and 20 ft. Or a similar sized RV.. but this guy did a 12ft x7 utility trailer upholstery shop.... something for me to chew on and plan out and figure financing....
It looks like one of the wood panels seen on the side can fold up to provide bigger work space.

Not quite the way I store my fabrics, but if I use bars or heavy duty cardboard tubes or large PVC pipe sections I could probably do a similar thing. My fabrics are spread out onto 5 4 tier hangers to be hung in a small closet. I do like his webbing storage method as well as how he has cones of thread ready to be used overhead by the machine

Huh. There's a company converting the decommissioned F550 based 4x4 dually hotshot buggies into adventure camper rigs... and the example shown in the link looks awesome.
