In the past few years the lines between what a cop looks like, wears and carries and a soldier looks like wears and carries has has blurred to the point where its hard to see a difference.

The rocket launcher one got me, and so did the guy with the MP5SD. How am I supposed to know if somebody overseas is a cop or soldier with level 3 body armor...? Could be either honestly.
