That made me remember one from LONG ago. Buddy worked for the county lockup. They had a "colorful" guy who had escaped a kook house in CA. Played with Cops for a while, ended up in jail. Played a lot of games with the courts acting as his own lawyer. One time he submitted a motion to the court asking for another eval, judge turned it down. So he wrote it again in , his own, sent it in again. This time judge ordered another eval. Sometimes even the kooks have trouble getting the attention they want.
