Just saying a nice blued revolver is harder to come by these days.
Stainless is probably more practical. But practicality isn't in question. Right?
Ditto on the perfect! Been packin' 4" K frames for a long time !K-frame .357 mag, 4" barrel. In my opinion it's the perfect hiking/camping revolver, much lighter and better balanced.
Wa state requires a .24 cal centerfire for a minimum, and a minimum barrel length of 4".Jeez, Washington sucks.
Yep, in reality the addl. 2" doesn't add much in the way of inconvenience and with the right holster can carry well.I just like the look and balance of 6" revolvers best.
Speak for yourselfYep, in reality the addl. 2" doesn't add much
The 28" barrel on my Remington rolling block produces 1800 fps at the muzzle with .357 mag cartridges. No doubt the ballistics get interesting. Which is why I have a .357 lever-action carbine.
My 28" Remington #1 rolling block rifle chambered in .357 mag pushes 158 gr round nose bullets out of the barrel at 1800 fps.No doubt the ballistics get interesting. Which is why I have a .357 lever-action carbine.
