buffer spring
A lysis buffer is a buffer solution used for the purpose of breaking open cells for use in molecular biology experiments that analyze the labile macromolecules of the cells (e.g. western blot for protein, or for DNA extraction). Most lysis buffers contain buffering salts (e.g. Tris-HCl) and ionic salts (e.g. NaCl) to regulate the pH and osmolarity of the lysate. Sometimes detergents (such as Triton X-100 or SDS) are added to break up membrane structures. For lysis buffers targeted at protein extraction, protease inhibitors are often included, and in difficult cases may be almost required. Lysis buffers can be used on both animal and plant tissue cells.
Tired of your milspec stock on your $400 ATI AR, but don't have the $ for a B5? Got a cheap scope but don't want to spend more to mount it than it cost? Missing the buffer or spring for your parts bin build? Looking at your hunting bi-pod and your mlok handguard and scratching your head on...
So apparently chrome silicon buffer springs are prone to rust, and I didn't realize that when I bought this from Fulton Armory.
I've read that it shouldn't affect function as it's really only on the surface, but I just don't feel right putting it into a rifle when I'm going all out on all the...
Geissele Super 42 Buffer Spring and Buffer, H1 for sale in original packaging.
Put about 50 rounds through an AR with this and had constant short stroking going on. I guess its a standard buffer and spring for me.
Originally bought this hoping it would fix that annoying twang a stock spring makes when you drop the bolt on an AR. It did exactly that! However the spring has a 15% stronger return force then a standard spring. Coupled with the H1 buffer, my 16" AR w/ a mid length gas tube had a constant...
Looking for product recommendations(Trigger, Buffer, Spring) for my PSA complete 10.5” and 18” AR15. Both the 10.5 and 18” have Magpul Moe stocks. Both the 10.5” and 18” came with identical standard buffers and standard buffer springs.
For the 18”, I was thinking of a flat wire spring and H1...

Got this in trade here on NWFA. Original owner got it directly from Aero on an EPC-9 lower but said he swapped out for captured buffer spring immediately. I've never used it myself so it's basically new. This is for the spring and...
