Up at 6am. One mile walk, Joint mobility and muscle stretching. Then Tai chi. Go to work, Uncreat appliances haul up stairs to unit. Set up and install. Replace bent supply line, Change angle stop. Remove old water heater and replace. Rent ready another apt for move in, Paint bathroom. Have run in with teens and Check pools again. All of the other little stuff that adds up. Then my evening work out. Usually a little Mma stuff and kettlebells. Now I will drink a few beers. Cheers! No complaints or worries. Paid to train! Be well.
I like the good attitude! you are turning things that most people would dread into a workout and getting double benefits from it.
+1 on paid while training, I find a lot of time on shift work for stairs, walking, squat thrusts, push press, balance beam (curb walking), ducking under a waste high obsticals, I try to carry something in my hands that weighs and is shaped like a rifle or knife and keep them pointed in the appropriate direction to help make it more natural for "just in case"
