What gun advice would you give younger you?

1. Guns are one part of being a responsible citizen. Training & education are more important long-term and weigh nothing.
2. Don't sell them.
3. Fondly remember the ammo prices of yesteryear to appreciate it now when you have good prices.
4. Shooting is a perishable skill.
5. If someone handles firearm safety in a grossly negligent manner, they are most likely not to be trusted and should be given a wide berth.

1. Don't impulse buy something, wait and do some research to see if it was what you actually want.
2. If you tell yourself you're going to build an AR using only items on sale, actually do it.
3. Buy ammo when it was cheap.
