What complete M4 upper ?

With the upcoming house bills I think its time to get another carbine together, what does everyone recommend for a good quality m4 style carbine upper ? I don't need a fancy free float rail just a super durabil back up.

For a complete. I'd probably go psa or bcm
Or bcm quality and build from a stripped. For less money (ish). Aero precision would be solid too.
Surplus arms and ammo was my first and it was a good all around rifle.

If I had to buy an off-the-shelf, built upper to run hard, I'd probably go BCM.
