What caliber to shoot today

Haven't been out in a couple weeks and want to go shoot but procrastinating. My back is stiff so noting too big today. I need to order another box of 223 but feel like that is my goto. It's not really a western day (45LC) I like to go somewhere nice and don't want to drive too far. 38 special or 1911 hmmm. (carry practice) not super excited.

I don't really want to feel this way but I kinda want a 22 for these types of days. I was looking at a Winchester 1894 22 and a Christenson Ranger 22. Decisions. 1st world problems.
