Heinekens at the present. I am almost done cooking up the lamb* and think I shall have a glass Chianti with said.

* Keeping the cooking conventional tonight. My beloved wife and children will be heading east to see "grandpa Popsicle" soon (her grandfather, lil' people's great-grandfather). Whilst away I can make the dishes that I'm fairly certain would make me a bachelor again, if I sprung them on the family. An Octopus Chowder is on the list and maybe Paella if I have time.
