cabela's is a bit on the stupid cautious side

It's called brand protection! And there army of lawyers require them to do it. Since that is there job to protect the Brand name it's the whole value of there company. I work for a large co that caters to the fast food industry I see it all the time. Would would sh*t if you new how much good food is is disgarded in the name of brand protection!
But I agee with the majority concealed means just that
