Hadn't been in the new Cabela's yet so I stopped in to check it out.
Needed my holster & gun to match something up in the gun section
I see the man at the "check your guns here" podium
I have no problem with that at all, it's their business, they can make the rules as far as I'm concerned.
Trigger lock and a tag with my name on it and calls an escort to carry my gun, got no problem with that either
But then he opens a binder and writes my name in it along with others before me.
Creeped me out, why do they do this?
I got my first conceal carry in Oregon in 1971, would have felt better if he'd just asked to see that as I don't know who gets these lists or what they do with them.
Are Oregon conceal carry a matter of public record?
