Pistols are not allowed to have a Vertical grip...
A vertical grip turns it into an AOW, a private citizen wanting to make an AOW requires an ATF form 1 and $200

I believe AOW tax stamp is only $15.
But I believe with vertical grip this makes it a SBR which would be a $200 stamp.
I may be wrong though.
do you happen to know the ordinance code or law code so i may look into this further as i was told from another poster's comment that an older bill has lapsed so that there is no need to file a form 1 or pay the 200.
Thank you for your info
