In Idaho, Cops show up and talk to a man with a real gun and have a conversation. Everyone goes home

Yup. Not surprised. I lived in ID for a while and that is pretty much what I would expect. I also didn't lock my door to my house on a regular basis and knew the names of every neighbor on my block. Crime was virtually non-existent.

I would think way different democratic areas (not an apples and oranges type of comparison). Inner city to way out West is a totally different mindset IMHO.
in the Cleveland situation the dispatcher F. U., plain & simple.They should have been told that important piece of information!!! I hope whomever it was that they live with that vision every single day.
