Just research before i put 1000 dollars towards this pistol anybody out there have one and could share info on function problems if any and accuracy,or a link to that info would be much appreciated.
Check some 1911 forums- basically from what i've read is the 40's have had more teething problems than the 9's, but as always springfield has great customer service and will make it right if there happens to be a problem.
