The question on the form asks if you "ARE" a user, not have you ever used. Is there some proof Hunter Biden was usiing at the time he bought the gun in 2018?

Why are people harping on this crap when there's so much other juicy stuff that could/should be looked into in the Biden family?

Depending on the jurisdiction, there are also some laws related to illegal narcotic users in possession of firearms.

Apparently there were emails on his laptop discussing the incident. I also heard there are pictures documenting his drug in that time frame. What's most disturbing to me is that while the feds where cleaning Hunter's mess, they were still pushing the Russia collusion hoax and Mueller probe.

There's proof of Hunter Biden using blow when he purchased the gun? There either is, or there isn't. People aren't convicted of crimes with no proof. The Right wing media going after Hunter Biden without proof of his use of illegal drugs when he bought the gun is akin to what the left wing nut-job media did to Mr trump for the last five years. How many here smoked some weed in their lives, and also purchased guns? Rhetorical question.

Lying on form 4473. We all know the question is:

Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?
Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside.

Being an unlawful user of cocaine, getting kicked out of the military, Hunter should have answered Yes to this question, but on the form submitted, Hunter responded No, which is clearly incorrect and a false statement, punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Joemela wants to get tough on guns, then make an example of Hunter. Impress the schit out of all of us... Prosecute and lock him up for this falsification on this federal form...

Otherwise, how can they prosecute any one of us false statements made on a 4473...
