Shooting Pictures

Just practicing. Trying to make them as real as possible, though. Timed and scored stages, include hostages/no-shoots, all DQ'able acts are watched for, etc.
My range hasn't restarted match play yet.

Me, too! :)

Right-handed shooter with left eye dominant. Doesn't bother me at all with pistols (since with them I shoot both eyes open), but I do shoot way better left-handed with all my rifles than I do right-handed, although I usually shoot right-handed just cuz I can "operate the controls" better that way.

My left eye, being the better one, can stay open wider and longer than my right eye. If I don't take a shot quickly when using my right eye, it starts to tear up and gets all blurry.

I take my eight year old grandson shooting every weekend from when the snow leaves until the snow comes again. We took off Saturday afternoon about 3pm. On the way in we loaded up some firewood for the night.

The campsite we like to use had a butt load of garbage in the fire pit.
A set of gloves, a large contractor garbage bag and we cleaned up.the mess.

Then it was time to get our camp fire going.

Today is 8 year old day lol.

Recently had the 8 year old G Daughter out and had a ball. She has out grown the Rascal so we let her take a whack with the 10/22 with red dot and looks like that is her gun now. She probably averaged 95% on the steel poppers. This was also her first time with a pistol and she hit the poppers almost as well. She was 100% on the larger plates. Need I say that she loves red dots lol.
