I have an out of state buyer for my .30-40 Krag. I am not home so I can not look up the serial number to see when it was made. It looks like the production history is from 1892 until 1904, maybe 1905.
Does this rifle need to be shipped to an FFL or does it qualify as an "antique"? Does antique status depend on manufacture date?
