Milt Sparks Versamax would be my personal choice if you want leather. The 1911 Carrie's nicely at 3:30-4:00 with that holster.

The best. I have one for a p228, 1911 4.25 , 3,". I have boxes of holsters but for iwb 1911 4 o clock these are keepers.

I've been using a Don Hume Model 715-M with my EDC full size 1911 for several years. It works for me.

I have a clone of that holster that tends to carry my 1911s more often than not. Super easy on and off, good retention. I'm a fan.
