Just because the president's main-stream media gives the appearance that we have been maligned, doesn't make it true. I believe there are a lot of people who feel the same way we do; the multi-billion-dollar prepping/2A industry proves it!

Can anyone tell me if the leftist currently have a multi-billion-dollar industry that is thriving because of what we are doing (besides the government who is using our money)? Are there any suppliers who sell leftist products running out of merchandise? Hell, the TV they produce is even free, the left can't even sell their products, and the government has to force us to buy their products (like building permits). The left has to give free phones (paid for by our universal fees). The majority of the "left's" customers live in government housing, they don't have any money, and they stampede themselves on black Friday over shoes......they are powerless without the nanny-state.

We should be using their energy to "judo-throw" them onto the mat.

The reality is hidden in plain sight; we will prevail!

X2 Deadeye; one of my neighbors pays other people to do just about everything for him, including prep; all those people see what he has, he brags to make himself a big-shot, and they talk, and that makes my neighbor an easy target.

Yes it might suck now but in a few years it will change like it always does. This is a cycle that we all go through no matter what side your on.

But I do know this. I have been to over 20 countries and have seen lots of things. But more that I am home all the time I thank God every night for being here.

There are so many places you could be but I bet if you have been where I have been you would be happy.

There is no better place to be than here and I understand your thoughts but in most other places you do not have a say in anything.

I don't believe anyone has the answer for the nation. We can go back hundreds or even thousands of years and name the eras from hunter/gatherer forward.

Whatever our next era will be called; how will the basic tenets of life be any different?

I don't think anyone can guarantee or say for certainty what our nation's goal is; all we have is a dirty pool-playn political "leadership" who believes redistributing wealth from the private sector is the answer, a leadership which spews Reductio ad Absurdum (cut police & fire, save the social programs) into a teleprompter.

The answer is, that there really is no place to run to. The only places on this planet that do not have completely oppressive governments lack security from private criminal gangs which is even worse.
Until we reach the level of technology that lets us get off this rock and travel to another part of the galaxy and settle on a virgin planet, we are stuck. Ironically, even if we were able to go off to another planet and start over again with only like minded individuals, in a relatively short period of time we would screw it up anyway. Such is human nature. We're nothing but heard animals always willing to follow the next leader.

The more likely scenario in the future is a devastating event here on Earth such as a polar shift (they have happened before). Probably not in our lifetime, so there really isn't a huge reason to sweat that one.

TPTB already have that covered with their underground 'cities' such as huge, advanced facilities underground in Norway. Bill Gates is all signed on. He is, however, probably by far the poorest person to be set to move in if required.

They don't need to go off to another planet. They have everything stored up (massive seed supplies, etc) to rebuild everything the way they like it.

Plus they have hoarded so much technology in the last 150 years to themselves, convincing the sheep they really need to be driving around in gas piston automobiles, 125 year old tech, so they can control an energy source for it (oil). Everything you dreamed about as a little kid in terms of technology (think Back to the Future II) is real, but you just can't have it) and it is in fact all there. Free energy, anti grav, wireless energy, the end to diseases, etc.

That means the most intelligent and talented will be the ones to survive, but they are also have something in common. They are all elitist, heartless pricks in the worst way; a blight on humanity.

True but I am not a herd animal as well The only person I follow is myself or some very good friends.

I have seen a lot like I said and there are places I would go to. That's the pleasure of traveling. Lots of good places out there.

Plus if we could go to Mars it would end up just like the States in 300 years

I originally posted a very grim scenario of my intentions should the above happen. I removed it because it was at a level of hostile that seemed inappropriate for this basically friendly website. I try to be a good man. I give of myself in both time and money to those who must live with misfortune. I am also a realist so, rest assured, I have changed my post but not plans.
