News flash: The state of Hawaii is forcing gun owners that are using Medical Marijuana to turn in their guns. The Feds are backing this play.
Good luck, Wired.
Please explain. Are they using past 4473 forms to tell the state who has guns?
Got it - make something up because some guy on the internet says so.How do you think they figured it out? Come on, man! You're an intelligent individual.
Think about it! (Just "connect the dots").
Thanks guys; that is how I figured it was handled. In Oregon, IIRC, recreational Maryjane is handled by the Liquor Commission, so I would presume the same regulatory rules and guidelines.
And the same level of utter incompetence.
Alcohol is not a Federally Prohibited substance. Cannabis is.
Possession of the product is against Federal Law. The Feds aren't going to condone protecting it with firearms. This would be akin to selling firearms to bootleggers in order to protect their illicit gains.
This isn't rocket science!
Define unlawful user. This morning? Last week? Last year? Twenty years ago?
