Actually, you are wrong. There are many limits to your freedom of speech and verbally or non-verbally assaulting an officer is one of them. The first amendment only applies to the government limiting your speech.

Clearly and no rhetorical emotional plea will sway me on this because I could dig up any number of cases where the emotion is on the other side than the officer pulling up to church to spend five minutes with his family.
