Measure 114 update ?

I work 6 months on and 6 months off in Alaska and have been on my work season for a couple months now, I'm taking my R&R and want to order a gun to my buddies FFL but am looking for a quick answer to my question so I can order tonight. Is measure 114 still on pause right now and am I able to order and pick up without an issue as I was 3-4 months ago ? Thanks in advance and God bless

As of now, the injunction against M114 still stands. For the time being, you shouldn't have any problems obtaining your stuff. That said, a lot of online vendors are not shipping here. Beretta wouldn't even ship me 10rd mags.

If you have information about vendors not shipping to Oregon, PLEASE forward the information to one of the litigants in the federal case and the state case. Here's the GOA and GOF links. They are the ones involved in the state case to be heard in Harney county at the end of September. For the federal case, contact Kevin Starrett, [email protected] at OFF. You can also contact the legal teams of NSSF, FPC, or SAF.

It's critical that the information be reported to these groups so they can follow up and determine if they can use the information in the lawsuits and appeals. We're all in this together and need to pass along information as soon as possible if we intend to come out ahead.

Thanks for the info. I'll definitely relay my experience their way. I don't have any proof that they denied my order, unfortunately. However, I'll still send them an email.
