As long as the rifle barrel is no shorter than 16" from bolt face to muzzle end and has a minimum 26" overall length, you can have a score of triggers on it.

I've seen double triggers on side-by-sides and double set triggers but nothing with separate grips both w triggers.

It will. And I'm ambidextrous when it comes to trigger training. Both trigger fingers are adverse to going inside the guard unless it's time to pull the trigger.
