I own a Glock 19. I bought it and signed all the paperwork etc.
Can my wife give it to her sister? Neither are prohibited persons and there are no prohibited persons in her house or family for that matter. Both live in Washington.
Can my spouse give the Glock to her sister? Does it require any paperwork?
Thanks for your help
