What would be nice is to get the Cali cases heard and sealed up where Ninth has to accept that they can't ban common use. THEN get a ruling for state justices that qualified immunity no longer applies to politicians on this issue.

Sadly king jay and his sidekick, side show bob just won again. His last opponent was again "not good enough", or "not perfect", so many who should know better did not vote. Now many of them will also pay zero attention to what they are doing. If they manage to keep up with OR and CA and pass more laws many will never find out for a long time after the laws go in. When they do "find out" they will of course blame everyone else for them not paying attention. For those warning to buy now this too will go ignored until AFTER some new law. Then many of them will take to the net in a panic trying to find what is being banned, angry that they can't find it. Rinse and repeat.

Well you are correct if people will not vote they can't beat him. This is like people who buy a lawn mower, park it in the garage then say it does not work because the grass is still not cut. If people refuse to use the right to vote? Then yes they will keep losing. Again they make their bed they can lay in it. Sadly the rest of us who do try either can live with it or move. No other choice. You can't force people who love freedom to vote to keep it sadly.

There is going to come a time where people are going to have to seriously look into themselves, look into their hearts and ask themselves whether or not they wish to be serfs under the new kings, queens and princes or whether or not they're willing to do whatever it takes to keep that from happening.... again. First they came after private transfers, then so called semi auto "assault rifles" with an age restriction and added them to the handgun registry with the DOL, then a mag ban and now the whole permit to purchase and semi auto ban malarkey coming down the pipeline.
