Handguard sticking past barrel on AR pistol?

Yeah I order a Kaw Valley brake that is the same design as the levang.
Hopefully it works as well. Was about half the price and you know what they say you get what you pay for.

I get discounts at brownells, I think I pay about 20 bucks for them, and they work very nicely.

I have an AR pistol like this, 10.5 inch DPMS heavy chrome lined barrel with a levang break and a 12" Fortis Rev rail. Shoots very well and incredibly easy to maneuver. I see no issue with this type of build so long as your break is not of the traditional sort and bleeding gas all over your hand.

My 12.5" 6.8 SPC barrel with a Noveske pig under a 13" Seekins BAR gives 1.5" of the pig showing. It's good for me.
